I'm Nicolas. I build for the merchants I already know.
I spent eight years at SmartrMail — customer success, then growth, then portfolio CEO after the Relay Commerce acquisition. Along the way I worked across Smartrr, Relo and Fomo, which is where I got deep into subscriptions, prediction engines and on-site marketing.
That whole time I kept meeting Neto merchants — real Australian retailers and wholesalers — stuck on a platform that wouldn't share their data and was slowly winding down. Synckony is the software I wished I could have handed them: get your data out, put it to work, and move on when you're ready.
