Who we are
Synckony provides ecommerce data-sync, prediction, and migration services. This policy covers both this website and the Synckony application used by merchants.
Data we process
On behalf of merchants, Synckony processes store data including products, orders, and customer records, to generate predictions and deliver events to connected apps. We act as a processor for this data; the merchant is the controller.
How we use it
To operate the service — syncing data, computing predictions, and delivering events to the destinations a merchant configures. We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors & security
We use reputable infrastructure and connected-app providers to deliver the service. Credentials are encrypted at rest. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Your rights
Merchants and their customers can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Requests are handled through the merchant as controller.
